Wakeliwake up! The Independent Hostel and Suites where we live overlooks the pretty street Sao Pedro de Alcantara. This art deco place is to be found in the trendy area Bairro Alto, which is known for a vibrant and fun nightlife. Besides the cosy and personally feeling, this hotel also have super friendly staff who is eager to help and give tips on what to do in Lisbon. At The Independent Hostel and Suites you can choose to live in a shared room like a hostel or in a private room, we love that you have the option of them both under the same roof. In the same building and also in the building next to the hotel is two really good restaurants and a bar, very convenient.
The Galapagos is a magical place. A must on your bucket list. But save some money first so you can do it the proper way. I had the absolute pleasure to go here with my mom and my sis on a trip organized by Äventyrsresor with awesome Anders Elmfors and Mattias Klum as guides...

Isle of Skye is one of the top locations in Scotland to visit. It is famous for its nature and the landscapes will take your breath away.
The best way to get around this island is definitely by car because you do wanna stop everywhere and indulgde the nature and if you are a photo maniac like us, take pictures of everything! When visiting Skye please have time to explore as much as you can of the island.

There is a lot of cute little towns around the coast in England. The Cornwall area, down south west is very popular especially in summertime. One place that we liked the most is Newquay, known for surfing and its beautiful beaches.
One of our favorite getaways from Vancouver is the awesome area around Tofino at Vancouver Island. Either take the ferry and drive the beautiful 3 hour there or take a float plane from the city.
To live in a big city like London is absolutely lovely most of the time but it can also get a bit intense and you just need to get a way to breath some fresh air and to be near the ocean for a while. A perfect little adventure for such a day is to visit Seven Sisters Country Park, Situated in the Sussex Downs Area.
This super charming spot is own by the couple Paul Lightfoot and John MacEwan of which one of them, Paul, is a full trained chef. The breakfasts is different every morning and you can see that the couple have a passion for eating and enjoying the art of food...
Let`s talk about the Sweden west coast or should i say, the best coast! The best of the best is a little island just a short boat ride away from Smögen, which is a very popular place during the summertime. If you want to get away from the crowds, say hello to Hållö.
Bosa is a little little town on the Italian island Sardinia. With just around one hour drive from Alghero, this is a must visit on your Sardinia trip. Rent a car and of we go! The road from Alghero to Bosa has an breathtaking view. Oh! What a joy.

A few weeks ago we went to northern Norway. We took a flight up to Tromsö and drove to Lofoten via the magical summer paradise Sommaröya, Senja and Andöya. Nothern Norway has a lot to offer, almost too much. I would give the advise to focus on one certain activity (we didnt ;)).
